How to care for TOMIMI and MILOLO plush toys
The care label for TOMIMI and MILOLO says: do not wash, bleach, iron, tumble dry or dry clean. Keep the plush away from fire. Both products are made with 100% polyester fiber and are labeled for ages 14+.
Follow the product label
These instructions apply to the current 70 cm TOMIMI and MILOLO products. Keep the label available after unpacking so that anyone caring for the plush can refer to it. Instructions for other stuffed toys may not be appropriate for these products.

Can I put the plush in a washing machine?
No. The care label says do not wash, so a gentle machine cycle is not an approved alternative. The same restriction means that we do not recommend soaking or hand washing the whole plush. A laundry bag does not change the label instructions.
What should I do about a spill or mark?
Before applying a cleaning product, water or heat, contact Smilellemon with the character name and a description or photo of the affected area. The published label does not provide a wet spot-cleaning method, so this guide does not invent one. Avoid assuming that a fabric cleaner used on another item will be suitable here.
Keep the care information with a gift
